Along with sleep, researchers have found that stress is closely related to a weakened immune system. Ohio State has been researching a while in this field and their research team suggests that psychological stress affects the immune system by disrupting communication between the nervous system, the endocrine system, and immune system. By keeping your stress to a minimum you are keeping yourself out of the sick bed!
