TEMPORARY CLUB CLOSURE 3/21/2020

Based on the safety of our community and recent orders from government authorities regarding the risks of COVID-19, Franklin Athletic Club is temporarily closed effective

March 21, 2020. The reopening date will be the earliest possible, as permitted by authorities. We will update our members on our website and through social media as we have further information.

Active members will receive a dues credit for the number of days the club is closed.

Our commitment to provide a safe and clean environment for our members, guests and staff remains. During the closure, we will continue to have maintenance and janitorial crews working to keep our facilities as clean and healthy as possible. We look forward to our members returning to an exceptional health-club experience.

Your health and well-being matters to us and we encourage you follow the social-distancing guidelines and safety protocol as outlined by federal, state, and local governments. Your cooperation and commitment to these guidelines will help social businesses reopen sooner.

Classes For All Fitness Levels

At FAC motivation and relationships are important. Add some variety to your workout and take part in one of the 30+ group classes offered each week. Visit our Facebook page for the latest Group Class news!

Total Body Workout

TBW- Total Body Work: This class utilizes resistance and cardio training by combining free weights, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance and bodyweight exercises.  Great for all fitness levels.

 
Cycling

Enjoy the challenge of a bike ride using speed drills, climbing, etc… while varying resistance on a stationary bike. All fitness levels welcome!

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), a fusion of cardio drills and bodyweight exercises.  Can be adapted for all fitness levels.

Body Pump

All fitness levels will enjoy the increase in strength and endurance using a barbell/weights to target every major muscle group.

Yoga

reate a state of fluidity and flexibility in body and mind. Various yoga practices are implemented.

Silver Sneakers
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Zumba
Put FUN back into fitness! Latin inspired, low impact dance based workout. You’ll be having so much fun moving you’ll forget you’re working out! All fitness levels can enjoy this class!
Barreworks
Designed for all fitness levels, low impact body toning, utilizing a barre, light weights as well as gliders and pilates balls.
Pilates
Pilates encourages long, lean, and toned muscles. Work focuses on the “Powerhouse” (core) through a series of exercises designed to elongate the body.
